Always a pleasure getting my manicure and pedicure done.

Today was my first time coming to Pretty Nails, and I will definitely be back! I came without an appointment and they were incredibly accommodating and I only waited for 5 minutes. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the woman who did my pedicure, but she was amazing. I have a tremor in my leg that sometimes acts up and causes it to shake, and she was so kind and although I’m sure it was annoying, she did not make me feel that way. Could not recommend this place more.

OVERALL: I HAD TO PAY EXTRA AND MY MANICURE LOOKS HORRIBLE. It started off great. They people were kind. I got a mani pedi together to save a few bucks. The girl that started my pedicure was awesome. She was SO nice and close to my age so we had a great conversation. Just before she started painting my toes someone switched with her which I thought was really weird, it upset me because I then had to tip two people... I went in with just enough money to tip one person not two. Then when the girl did my manicure she botched cutting my nails. They're all uneven. Some are square. Some are round... they were closing and I needed to get home so I didn't bother complaining. This salon is the closest to my house. Will not go again.
